We had the opportunity to host Matt Miale yesterday as he taught The 5 Core Competencies of a High Performing Real Estate Team, and the experience was outstanding. Matt is not only a highly accomplished agent with an impressive track record, but also an exceptional teacher and communicator.
The class itself was engaging, practical, and packed with valuable insights that agents could immediately apply to their businesses. Attendees, many of whom were top agents from both our Market Center and nearby companies expressed how much they enjoyed Matt’s delivery and how impactful the material was.

Matt Miale came it our Market Center to teach today as part of our "May Millionaire Madness" series that we do each year.
He did an invIte only event this morning (before the general session) for our rainmakers. The subject was the 5 Core Competencies of a High Performing Real Estate Team.
I have to share that this was the best, most laser focused, implementable class that I have seen on the subject in a long time and our rainmakers agreed. I think that this could be a great addition to our core classes for those thinking about and/or currently running a team.
I wanted to make sure that it was on vour radar.
